The titles of the songs are to a greater or lesser extent key concepts in the practice of positive psychology. The feeling I got when I came across these formulations was that the meaning of them seemed familiar and somewhat defined but at the same time hard to get my head around and put into my own words. ‘Songs for Positive Psychology’ is my attempt to capture my perception of these concepts with music instead of words.”
